Our Best Way Forward

Theresa Conroy, MSN, APRN, FNP is a lifelong public servant, healthcare advocate, and
proud Seymour resident. With decades of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner—most
notably serving veterans through the VA Healthcare System—Theresa has combined compassion
with action to improve lives. She served multiple terms in the Connecticut General Assembly as
State Representative for the 105th District and currently serves on Seymour’s Board of
Selectpersons.

Theresa is known for her integrity, visionary leadership, and ability to bring people
together—whether advancing legislation to expand healthcare access, managing large teams in
hospital settings, or organizing local initiatives that strengthen our community. A Distinguished
Alumna of Seymour High School and published author on local history, she is deeply committed
to preserving our town’s heritage while planning boldly for its future.
